The direction of the drops makes me wonder what kind of rain this is :-)
I am unable to decide what the intensity is: is it a drizzle or a downpour. Elements of both are present which charges it.

Cool. Its an excellent idea, and good execution. Not to busy, and good color. It seems to be between the point of still motion, and a long capture. The movement is just there, not really BAM! I think the lighting is strong too, it has clear definition of backdrop and subject. Nice work.
