This is shot in downtown Manhattan by the courts. I was asking about the walks, not directly about the place, but about how you meet people like that just strolling down the street. I know I don't. There were over 100 people at this event and I really had no time to set up for this shot or change my position because there were too many people. The flash was in manual mode, so it was a bit too strong and the scan came out too dzrk so it has a ourple tint to it.
I think that the fill flash is a little overpowering... Other people?s cameras could have caused this of course, in which case, you couldn't help it. If it was only you there though (and I doubt it) try and reduce the amount of flash you're outputting.
Secondly, I think that your timing is fantastic!!! I would however try and shoot from a different (lower) viewpoint so that you highlight the "air" this guy is ridding...
All in all a very nice action shot, and I wish it was I who took it! Keep working on it! You obviously are very knowledgable of this sport, so keep at it!

This is a nice shot, motion pictures are really dificult to make. Where did you make this shot? Was it in Berlin, for I know a place in Berlin, which looks like this. Is that why you were asking me where I go for my walks?
