About I just liked this old gate I noticed on a walk recently. Thanks for the comments. No polarizing filter used, saturation due to Ektachrome 100 SW!! Will try it in B/W as suggested.

I love the wide angle effect on a film camera . It is a interesting photo to look at . Exposure is good and the color is vivid

Great perspective. The sky really works with the angle of the old gate.

very beautiful and dramatic picture.. the horizon is a little bit tilted but over all very extra ordinary shot :)

Hi John, it is a wonderful shut, a nice landscape and havrest picture, wonderful work in colour and a good arrangement. Fore my viewing is also a good example is a valuable picture for showing the to show the color contrast and the depth of fields. You must know i am a teacher :-)).
For m a small blemish, the horizon is for my understanding too much into the concentrates in the middle center and thus loses the picture a small little at its attractiveness.
However it is nevertheless an excellent picture, congratulation
greetings from Rolf Rock (rolfrock@slovanet.sk)
If you have a possibility please visite also my page for my newest pictures.

I think the intensity of the colours is caused by the use of a polarizer, isn't it? I don't think they're oversaturated...

Very nice scene, very well captured. IMHO colors are oversaturated. Regards. Michel.

An incredible sight, how the wide lens can often mimic the visual sweep of the human eye. I wonder how it would look in b&w. No matter, this is fabulous.
