I like it, but I agree with Richard about possibly decentering it. I like to see the sand lines much lengthier, too. It works, but because the jelly is in the center, sometimes it looks like I'm staring at a flag; and it's rather like being boxed in.

A stong graphic in this image would, IMO, be further enhanced by a decentering of the subject.
