These cats held still for me, so I prowled around trying to get a good balance between the different ares of dark and light, and the originals and their reflections.
You could try playing with this scene some more. Crouch low, giving the lower cat's eye view of the place. Step onto something high, showing the top cat's eye view. Step to the left, positioning the sculpture at the right side of the frame, giving more room for the reflections, using horizontal framing. Include a reflection of a person passing by. Wait for a real cat to enter the scene. Get a real cat somewhere, and place it into the scene yourself. Get rid of the bikes in the background reflection, or show them in a way that makes them blend better into the context - the street.
It is a good subject. Use it. You will come up with something really good.
It is uncommon to have cats stay put for photography so every chance should be utilized. I think you did well with the reflections, and also the sign in Japanese, which places the photo and adds more interest for me.
