its beautiful!..in the thumbnail it looked like rocks..and was quite intriguing!reminds me of a landscape ina japanese film!..love the darkness...and yes does look like the times have gone!

The positioning of the buiulding makes it seem like it's sinking deep into the ground - a strong reference to your title. Grainy film and high contrast add to the dilapidated feel. However the top right is a bit too dark as it tends to draw the eye away from the lighter structure - maybe if the transition was more gradual.

I love the building and the way you have positioned it in the photo, however I think the right side of the photo is a bit too dark for my taste. The upper right corner shows no detail at all on my monitor. On the other side, the high contrast works very well on the house! Keep up the good work.
