I'm not sure about this photo, but IMO there are a few very nice ellements here; I'm not sure about the idea of the "green night"... you've got a very nice wall, windows and a door. You've also managed a nice perspective/angle here. I think, if you change a bit the cropping (the cat is very nice and interesting elemment here... if you could place it in another place, by cropping the photo differently?... and crop away the door to the left?) and use the "natural" colors/photo?... but all these are just ideas from a "nonprofessional", so it doesn't have to be right.
