I really like the grain in this photo. It looks super in BW and the composition and geometric shapes work very well.
I also like the contrast in this.

An original shot with great composition. The black & white has added a great deal of rich mystery of the inside of this house yet, making it so lively. I almost can feel the steps of children inside the house. Cheers.
