Thank you all for your comments... E.J. no he's not dead :) when I was trying to get closer for a close-up shot he moved! and I had to run away before he spots me!! :)
I know i should've taken his permission but if there's something I learned in munich it's that never start a conversation with elder people who doesn't speak english..! they're so nice and start telling you lots of stories that you don't understand a word about!!!!!! lol

I don't think it was anout being homeless, rather would you sleep there like that?
And of course he cares but he doesn't care what the people will think when they saw him sleeping on a bench. Why should he, his just enjoying the sun and we all should do this once in while. My friend used to sleep in Central Park and he told me he gets better sleep there than in his bed...
his not dead? is he...some people tend to take their shoes off when they are about to kill them selves.

i bleive he took his shoes off because his feet hurt,
i am not jealous
i can see the appreciation for the sense of "FREEDOM"
one would feel being homeless...but i do not seeing it as being free. i see it as being a trap. unless you live in the wood or mountains..
being homeless in the city is not a pretty thing..
