It is a good picture but I too think that the crop needs improvement. Either include more of the woman's head or less - personally, I'd chop off the entire left quarter of the picture from the woman's middle of the neck and leftwards. I don't agree with the "wandering eyes" comments - my eyes rest on the girl's face at the far right.

Some thing about his caught my eye ... I feel the crop might be a bit to tight....The concept is great but my eye cant find any where to rest and has no clear subject....
The tone and lighting are great though and I would love to see some others ... maybe is you had some eye contact some where ? I cant put my finger on it but someting is just not quit right ... Very orginial , can we see more?
