Very beautiful image. It looks like an explosion of minuscule stars.
The object is interesting. I know that the colour sequencies are brief and change continuously. I wonder if it was your intention to wait and take this shot until de colours in this image would show up.

Nice one, Alan! Beautiful arrangement of optical fibers. I think I like the starbursts at the ends of the some of the fibers best! Great idea and well done, I'll bet there's a wealth of possible variations on this theme!
