The whole right side of the frame (left side of Anne) looks dark, like you needed to bounce more light onto her. Have you ever worked with a rim light as well? Placed high and behind the subject you can rim their head and shoulders with some soft light to bring them away from the background. You've got a very pronounced catchlight in the left eye, but not in the right.. I'm confused on that one! *grin* I think the pose and the framing are nice... but the lighting is killing it.
