Hmmm. Quadtones. Interesting... I think it is often really difficult to capture the "texture" of water, and I'm not sure whether quadtones make this easier or more difficult. The difficulty is to leave sufficient translucency to avoid giving the appearance of a solid. I might have chosen to tone with blue, rather than sepia. Sepia is a more earthy colour, and blue would have been closer to the sea's natural colour, not that that matters, of course. You seem to have mastered the technique, I must say.
The tone of this water appears to represent a cloudy, dull, stormy day. I'm not sure I'd call it an abstract because it seems to represent a "real" scene. Maybe if you had used a slower shutter speed the motion of the water would have been more blurred (abstract?). I have had similar tones in water when photographing waves generated by a hurricane using color negative film with out modification.
