perhaps it is because i always post something different?
not sure..but i am not complaining...
makes me feel really nice..
i appreciate all of those who comment..
i have no idea..
perhaps in part it is because i post comments to them as well?
people have their own taste that is what makes the world go round..
i am always trying new things and get bored easily with one subject.maybe thats it?
i try new things...constantly
anyone work that i add ps to i call photo art..one can not force people to look at their work..and believe me there have been photos i have done that haven;t went over so well..
i think maybe people like to watch each other grow in their passion..
i really don;t know micheal..
thanks for the comment..i coulda taken it wrong and it does sting a bit..you see i am an artist and live through my work..
it does much for my soul..
and i hope in a sense it can help others as well...
i do not photo just to photo..
just to say ...oooh yes! if i put that light right here...that will happen over there...
no..
i create to soothe my spirit...i can not speak for anyone who chooses to comment on my work.

Sandy, this is probably going to sound bad but how do you manage to get so many comments and ratings on your images? I mean, this is kind of interesting, but I don't get why so many people are going bonkers over it? Of course, it probably sounds like I'm jealous or something; but really, it's not even that. I'm just trying to understand. I really like some of your other images--especially those that are closer to the original photographs. Maybe there's just a abstract/photoart contingent that's entirely outside my realm of artistic sensibility? Honestly, I mean no slight here. Regards.

Hi Sandy. I recently acquired PS to work on things myself, and with it, I acquired a more learned appreciation of how skillful and really talented you are! You know, it ain't easy, and your imagination and skill make the most wonderful images. I've been tryin all week to produce somthin worth posting, but it just ain't easy! I may have to tap your brain for a couple of tips sometime ;) You really are brilliant sandy.

I am not that devout Catholic; however, I have an older sister who is quite devout Catholic. She believes in things like the upcoming end of the world. I guess that is how I get some of her influence :)

i have this thing for shadows...one last recolection of my mother was her in hospitol.
and she was waving from the window as i left...
all i saw was her silouhette...
something about a shadow and silouhette to me that is so much more concrete than life..like once we have left..our shadow still roams..
