Unsharpmask was modestly used in PhotoImpact (or PI), especially for the child's face. The blur of the hand and the balls were serendipity on the part of the child!
But the semi-ball at lowest right was not there. It is a clone for the child's knee which occupied that space! One can do impeccable cloning work in PI, which features an entire tray of cloning tools (in PS it's called "clone stamp", and is not much discussed by PS enthusiasts).

Very interesting object. Very nicely composed. Good use of slow shutter speed to show movement. A bit use of unsharp mask filter in PS might help.
