i like everything here: that green background, that black lonely tired face, these eyes without hope. green - color of hope - but it left him. he has only red blancket left - his treasure.

Hi Ghada. i like this photo very much and i agree with friends who said their comments about how dark it is and how the green background doesnt fit the image but, when u r shotting a homeless on the street who has loads of sad and confused feelings, u can't really control him for a photo to choose backgrounds or positions where u can use sunlight, so u just shot him (as he is and where he is) and this is the beauty of this photo. i think this man doesnt see life in a matching colors so i think he would like to see his photo like this. its emotional and empressive and ur messege received :) good luck. thanks

focus is a little soft, image to dark for my taste, probably needs more DOF, but the image itsef is powerful, and if the 3 color contrasts worked well, it would be a stunning image. I thing the shot is there, but the tech. problems let a great one get away.

His expression speaks volumes. I would have liked some background to create context for the photo rather than a solid green.
