Don't you just love peacocks? I think they are gorgeous, and so interesting! This is a really neat tightly cropped image, makes you concentrate on his EYES rather than the tail feathers! Nicely done...
In answer to your question about 'Oregon Coast', no filters used, just an aray of brushes and at different strengths of opacity. A lot of fun!
