I certainly agree with others about the perspective- interesting and effective. I think the unusual color cast works well here too- adds to the sense of mystery.

Definitely one of my favourites. The rich, similar-toned colours work really well with the contents of the image.
It's a strangely emotive image since we don't know anything about the man - but it certainly makes me want to know.
