A wonderful winter atmosphere with very nice colours and it seems you blow this zoom trombone very well, not bad for someone who finds zooms to be a strange invention :-))
Especially this condensed perspective make the image so intersting. I'd say at least 135mm ? Perhaps a little camera shake. A sensitive point at zooms. That's why I use ISO 800 only with my 28-300, which allows me at least f8 1/1000 at a light as you had it there.

Beautiful composition and details. Wonderful warm colors and light. Seeing an image like this gives me the feeling that it was worth the cold and empty batteries....Best regards Harry

I like this but it seems a bit out of focus. try using PS for touching up. Other than that it looks good.

I think the softness is nore due to camera shake I was shivvering with the cold.

There's alot of information in this photo, so much to look at! My eyes keep wandering all over, discovering new details all the time. I like it alot, as there is still one major subject (I think it is the window in the building, it attracts most of the attention....) Superb scenery, maybe only a bit too much information....:) A pitty the viewers' eye is not carried up the river further, but none the less, great work! My compliments!

Cheers,

Hugo

Our first snow is forecast for later today. Must change over to the snow tires! Ours in grimy old Tokyo will not be as pretty as this, though. I do recall this colour chord from my years in Scotland. Isn't the scan a little soft?
