About	This picture has gone through many changes. First of all, I used Matt Hardy's Photo Softening Technique Using Neat Image Pro to even out tones on the face. Then I used Ray Wearm's Colour to B&W In Photoshop: an alternative and better way (both tutorials on Usefilm) to convert the image to black and white. I posted this pic in color but didn't have any comments, but I hope this will inspire comments.
