i must try such a beautiful shot on my one! i had seen such a similar shot about two years ago, but no with drops on a glass. it was a glass with sparkling water in it and the flower was just under the glass.

Dan, another great shot.. I was looking at another photo site and I swear I seen one almost exactly like this. Do you post on photosig? If not then someone likes your concept/style/technique enough to have a crack at it also. I?m just wondering what a shot like this might look like with something like antifreeze or gasoline... dishwashing detergent etc.... maybe with the periodical chart or the elements behind it. I?d try it myself but I?m too lazy. Anyways, great shot.

Thank you everyone for your comments.To Dan Arthur the box I use about 2 ft. wide 3ft long and 2 ft deep,just a plastic tote. The lighting is from a floresent fixture on top of the box.The glass just a 2ft by 2 ft piece set on top of the box , the light sits beside it.To Rawabi I was using the lens that came with the camera (18mm-55mm)zoom.
