Jon! Great shot! Such beautiful ice forms... Fantastic beauty! I like to see the natural ice figures and statues!!! If to have some fantasy can see any fantastic animal and fantastic scenes there! Excellently done, my friend! My best wishes! ALexey. P.S. I shoot the plants and flowers anyware, a number of them are living at our home! The last shot Hyacinth is living at my/our home already three years and has four childs... the last 17 years my professional work/job is programming, three years ago Bromelia/Achmea was presented to me as a gift, It was the first plant at my/our home, except some ordinary plants and flowers for our regions! It was the beginning of my this hobby, but I know where is the root of this... I was born and first seven years was living in own house with a big garden! I think my passion was simply sleeping all those years! Now I have about 60 different plants and flowers at home! :-) Sometimes I make consultations and help at a few flower shops and we are already the friends with owners who lets me to shoot some flowers and plants! :-)

I had never thought that flowing water like in a water fall or dam could freeze!

Wow amazing Jon... those flowing waters turned to ice. The river at the end of my street at the damn recently froze up completely, icicles everywhere.
Lovely image you have here :) and I'm still freezing in Munich with all this snow :(
