Great eyes. Nice sidelight giving her face a sense of depth. Next time try moving her a little further away from the background to eliminate the shadow and maybe crop a little more from the bottom to keep the logo on the shirt from distracting from that face. Attached is a sample with the bottom cropped to a standard 8x10 ratio, the logo burned in a little to make it less obtrusive, and the shadow cloned out in Photoshop.
