About I know the quality isn't that great on this...but I thought it was kind of pretty anyway. For everybody that is wondering what I did with my old style....I just got a new camera and don't have a macro lense....I'm having fun with this right now though....will pick up on abstracts later.

Nice shot. The motion blur of the wings on the middle bird really brings this to life. I don't think this would have worked as well if all 3 ducks were coasting in. Very nice timing and great exposure.

Barry ,really nice shot, you should pick up a 50mm lens for your new 300d they are really cheap on ebay I bought one brand new for 65 dollars,The lens is very sharp and focuses to about 16 inches with a +4 diopler it focuses to about 5-6 inches and is still really sharp.

What a great photograph you captured! I think it's wonderful, those ducks
have very good detail...I would be thrilled with a photograph like this!

Lovely ducks in flight
It is sharp and the water has a great texture.
I like it.
I had imagined that with your new camera you couldn't go on doing your usual work.
same with me; I have a 300D but no macro lens yet.
Do you plan to buy one soon of on the near future?
If so, do you have any particular macro lens in mind?
