i love this. not only does it make me want to know the man, but instills a longing to be in the artist's studio world. very cool that it's a self-portrait. makes me feel both his inner and outer worlds.

hey, hi there. strong diagonal; love the eybrow and the shoe. also the shadow on your face; its interesting that the reflective parasol is partially in your frame - almost looked as part of an octagonal window. really like it!
