Hi Hugo, for me water in a pool doesn't automatically needs softness. Did you ever fall unexpected from a 3m tower? That is hard ;) And the pic reminds me more of a swim competition and this is also hard business, so there are some reasons for hard contrasts.
Hi Verena, hat 'ne ganze Zeit gedauert bis ich bei diesem überhaupt erkannt hatte, um was es sich hier überhaupt handelt, insbesondere auch wegen des Titels aber dann...blieb mir doch nichts anderes als der ungewohnten Perspektive meinen Respekt zu zollen.
Hi Verena, the extremely low camera position is fantastic. The swimmers view... I know you like high key photos with lots and lots of contrast, but is there any particular reason to go for that look in this shot? The humid and warm atmosphere inside a swimming pool asks for a certain softness, I think. Very good shot, though.
