I like the picture but have the following thoughts on the image.

I find the glare on the face mask too distracting. Like the concept for a photo but might try to limit the studio lights to see if can't get more of the person behind the mask coming out.

The eyes are a must so maybe crop the area from the bottom of the nose down. Also the stray hair is distracting to me.
