About Band Mila Mar.
No Post Production, only a long shutter and a slight movement, 400 ASA slide film.
Soon i will start adding some real images of bands...for now I am really in a mood to emit experimental images...

oh, the mike yeah..definately, but for me it translates into sound and since it?s right at the level of her mouth, all the more so...well captured, Mary!

The red light is the microphone actually, she moved it and got it away at once. I expected more red but I also like the outcome, it looks like an echo image.
Thanx!

Mary, i know what you mean about feeling experimental. i love pure movement shots but sometimes feel the results are something only a mother could love, aka, the photographer. They're wonderfully freeing to take, like you just shake your brain all around and let it fly. In this, what makes the image is the bushy quality of the hair and that pure red sound emitting from the person's mouth. i saw a thing recently in the local paper, about a painter who was trying to capture sound with paint. You did it here with your camera. Well done! kat~
