I don't like it.
There is a lack of balance. The face is dark and high-contrast, and the right eye is surrounded by black shadow. The blouse, on the other hand, is almost blindingly bright. The green leaves to the right of the model's head are too vivid and green and detailed, and overwhelm the real subject, which (I think) should be the model's eyes and face.
