thanks so much for your words Carlos, I really could understand them so well and they reflect a lot of what I do indeed ...it is not a lack of respect to women ...I do love them!!! regards.

Hi Lucas? a word to say that I appreciate your voyeuristic playfulness. Going over the portfolio one recognize a man who obviously loves women (as I do) and particularly a photographer who obsesses over derrieres, indeed as I?m afraid I do as well. I appreciate your insistence in exploring the same theme over many dozens of images ;-). A candid and public admission of a man on a quest, searching for the elusive destination, a search I?m afraid can never be resolved, but which provides a journey filled with fun. ?That Obscure Object of Desire? will always be out of reach as we try to reconcile, artistically, journalistically, (your photography), things that are really intellectually unexplainable impulses, instincts.
I was a young boy when the seed of the endless fascination, the ?power? of a woman?s bum, was planted in me? ( I?m sure millions of other men could easily flesh out similar tales ;-)?. I must have been 8 or 9 and I was enjoying a stroll with my dad in the beautiful Jardim da Ajuda, in my old neighborhood. Dad was holding my hand and soon we crossed two women going the opposite direction. Dad stopped almost abruptly, and turned around to watch! I asked why we stopped but he just gave me one of those enigmatic smiles, as if he knew a secret and was not about to share? Of course I had no idea then as to why he behaved so oddly and really have no idea today! I supposed the old man never learned how much of him I have in me ;-)?
Anyway what you do is very humorous. Continue. This shot is first rate! Also a favorite.
I agree with Ivan, but I would've liked to see the entire heel included into the composition, though. And maybe a slight crop on the right hand side, but other than that a fabulous shot and view...
