About We visited Isla Raza in the Sea of Cortez. There were hundreds of thousands of Heermanns Gulls along with Elegant and Royal Terns nesting on the island. This particular mother was afraid we would harm her chicks.

Very nice shot. From the look in the mother bird's eyes, it would have only taken one step closed for you to be hen pecked.
