I shot this at the AFR-AM festival, here in Norfolk, VA.
I expected to see a lot of people dressed in traditional African clothing, but most were dressed as normal.
Then, rain started to pour. So instead of 70-100 photos, I only got 17 normally dressed people. But, some were doing interesting things, such as this artist. :)
