Hi Ian,
I wouldn't change the cropping in b&w, when I did the shot I had no idea how much I would like the filter colour.

What eyes you have Verena. Audacious. Was the crop going to be the same or are we making the max of the colour here. Looks excellent in the quadrant it has.
