Hi Walt, nice tranquil scene, well captured in profile. The differentce between level of energy between man and dog creates the "tick" in this image. Good capture, only a bit too much contrast / high key for the scene, IMO.

Walt I love the play in angles here along with your subjects. The wall, the slope to the street, stairs, the dog at "attention", but the man being slumped - that's interesting in itself the play btwn dog and man's body position. Un altra bellissima immagina Walt!
Emerge, dallo scatto, questa perfetta simbiosi fra il signore ed il suo simpaticissimo amico; è bella notare, infatti, come il vecchietto sembri assopirsi abbassando completamente le sue difese confidando pienamente nella guardia fedele ed attenta del suo fido guardiano, il quale, non chiederà mai nulla in cambio se non affetto ed amicizia.
