About	The shutter speed was actually about 3 seconds. I used built in camera flash at the beginning of the shot and had this wonderful model take a step to her right after the flash went off. This is how I created her ghostly image, not by multiple exposure...

The color print ends up showing the ghost effect a lot better than this B&W scan does, but I agree that a longer exposure would have worked a little better for this shot...
