Great shot, with the running water and the splashes in the background. Very well captured, and well exposed. Maybe a slight level tweak would revive the tones, but that's only a minor thing....

I like the water spray in the background. It adds an extra something to the photo. The stillness of the pelicans contrasts well with the water.
