About	In the early 1960's this was the ideal playground for young boys. We learned to rely on each other as we mastered the skills for climbing this wonder of nature. For scale purposes, the diameter of the window is approx. 60 feet (20 meters).

Todd, sadly you are correct about the fence. It wasn't there in 1960. I decided to leave it in the photo because it reminds how much has changed in my lifetime. It also angers me because of the growing movement of individuals who stamp out the growth of independence. It has been my greatest (and never to be fulfilled) wish that my son have the experiences in his youth that I had in mine.

I love the southwest and this is one of the reason nothing like walking on red sandstone I too have played and hike on these types of places. Nice imaeg and capture.
