Nice self-portrait, Sarah. I like the lighting quite a bit. Glad to see more amateur photographers around my age (19yrs old.). Keep up the good work.

Sarah:
I can't decide where you are best!! Behind, or in front of the camera. I guess it's a toss up IMO. Both are great. This displays good imagination. The B/W sets the mood, and your expression tops it off. Reminds me of many of the old silver screen stars. BRAVO!! on this. 77777777777777s
My best to you David

Timothy- I have seen The Virgin Suicides and it is one of my favorites! I found this comment as a complement; not at all taken the wrong way.

Sarah, your stuff sort of reminds me of the movie "The Virgin Suicides" hope you don't take that in the wrong way. It's all very cool, like this sort of suburban strife that is full of beauty at the same time. I don't know if you have seen that movie, but judging from your photos; I guess that you do or might like it. It's a great movie. Tim

Very nicely done. The tonal quality of this image is good. The lighting here is close to that of old-school Hollywood glamour lighting. I am assuming that this is shot with all natural lighting, yes :) Wonderfully composed and thought out. The model is bold yet and seems to be a perfect match with her surroundings.
