What a masterpiece. Wonderful patterns. The subject matter is almost irrelevant with this exqusite abstract arrangement. I hope you were'nt late for work, but if you were, it was worth it.

You gotta shoot'em when you can. Here you saw an opportunity and took it. And, look what a great shot you got. I like the car shadows and how the tracks and train bend out of sight in the distance. The only thing that would be better is to have the engine in the scene.

This is going to favourites Rebecca. I just can't get over how fantastic this photo is. You really have an eye and a talent for capturing the purity in things. There is even a wonderful sheen on the leaves on the left in the foreground. The shadows of the cars are perfect. So many textures and the perspective is what really keeps me looking at this.

That was my point, you just jumped out, snapped a few and look what you captured. EXCELLENCE. I sit and squat on tracks for 1/2 hour and come up with zilch.

Wow, fantastic perspective Rebecca. Amazing clarity and tones. Just look at the glint on the coal. Superb!! I took about 10 photos of train tracks and they all look like crap :-)I am not kidding. I will keep trying and someday my straight B/W shots may meet your standard of excellence....and she just jumped out and took a few shots from the bridge, *%#@*grrr.

How much of that can they keep pulling from the ground...read a book last year "Coal-A Human History" great read if ya like that kind of thing...back to your image -- what more fun can one have than -- see something, look again, a quick look, gotta do it, click, click, click...great shot. K
