I think the title sounds like the words of someone contemplating suicide. And the arches look to me like "bridge out." Then there's the severe contrast. I find it all disturbing - which is another way of saying it's an emotionally potent and powerful image. Which is a good thing. By the way, you write the nicest comments. Thank you.

Rebecca,they are just artistic arches in a very cool park on lake union in seattle called gasworks park...i posted an image previously that showed the shadows and perspective made it look like a tunnel,so a fun structure to play around image-wise..the title just came to me when posting..gayle

Dark night, surreal light, fabulous diagonal cut, rich tones and textures, intriquing structures, a bridge to that other world. It has a slight frightening quality to it.
