Stunning shot, Jim!
Kind regards, Chris
P.S. I was standing in a shopping queue today, with my D70 around my neck, and the guy behind me asked if I liked my camera. I said I loved and that we're 'joined at the hip'! Turns out he was the World F3 Powerboat Champion in 1999, now retired from racing but still attending races with his boat. He told me that he bought a D70 5 weeks ago and had already paid for it by selling pictures that he takes at the races!! He prints them at A4 size (around 10x8 inches) and sells them for £6 a print. Some of them he's sold to powerboat mags and earned bigger money!! Pretty good, eh? It's put an idea or two in my head, that's for sure!!

Jim, I'm not positive, but I believe this butterfly is called a Blue-Eyed Greyling. Beautiful butterfly and great shot. Lou.

here is my take on it. If they are Kind of pretty, most likely a butterfly. if fairly drab monotone, probably a moth. This ones body looked kinda fuzzy so I classified it a moth.

The leaves are like velvet! She posed beautifully for you Jim! I don't know anything about butterflies or moths ... heck .. I can't even tell them apart!

Fabulour, whatever lighting you used, it has produced such rich, dark- but light[if that makes sense] greens and the moth is perfect

I don't know what it is, but I do know it's a wonderful shot. Great colors, details and dof.
