About
Normally I'm about taking photos of beautiful scenery, but while enjoying a 4th of July parade in Santa Barbara I couldn't help but take note of this parade participant.
After learning more about the dog I found myself growing a soft spot for him. The dog on the left was rescued from a very bad owner. He developed several conditions and went blind. The owner, holding him, has a great sense of humor and uses his notoriety to cover vet expenses. I think it is great that she could take him in and give him a great home.
As far as photography goes... I'm fond of this one because it captures the curiosity of the onlooker to the right.
I like the atmosphere and the smile of the centered lady. The interseted or astonished man is fantastic on the right side. Relly great composition i like it very much! Compliments from Hungary, Radák 7+F
Great capture. And a subject matter that tweaks at my heart strings. I'm a dog lover. I adopted mine from the pound here, and he was mistreated and very shy. When he did bloom, he has such an outrageous personality! Thanks for sharing a heart warming photo and story.
