About Yesturday Morning, 7am. The water was witnessing to the storms on the way. The glimpse of light through the clouds spoke to me of hope.

This is a stunning photo, Joann. I can hear the sound of the angry surf pounding the beach.

Such a beautiful sky highlighted by the great surf in the foreground. Great one for the wall. Don.

Simple, but powerfull. I like the way the light shining through the clouds match the white foam at the same distance from the horizon.

Thanks for taking the time to comment on this image. Truth is I did spend a bit more time o this image than I usually do. I tried a few things I had never tried before, such as editing the top and bottom of the photo individually. Then I had to figure out how to eliminate most of the evidence of having edited that way. I have so much to learn... but I sure am havig fun in the process.
Thanks to everyone else who took the time to stop and let me know what you think.

Hi Joann, excellently vivid colours and a beautiful view. Did you work on removing noise and sharpening? It looks a bit blotted. (not a bad effect with this kind of shots, actually, I think it works pretty well in this case, I just thought I recognised the effect...) The red marker nicely attracts and holds the viewers attention. Beautiful shot, and a very appropriate thought behind it in your comment.... Very good job!

Cheers,

Hugo

Very nice image, the lighter sky really sets this image off. Looks like a painting. nice work.
