This lovely ice cream bus is nearby the Big Sur Inn, on Hwy 1. It was a rainy cold afternoon in winter, of course the ice cream bus was closed. I believe it's moved by the sun... The place is amazing, quite romantic, should you ever visit Big Sur consider this lovely hotel. And sould you do it on hotter days tell me how the ice cream is. The forest surrounding it is beautiful and there's a river on the other side of the hotel. Not a big one, but surely able to produce nice sounds to help sleeping, relaxing. There wasn't too much light available, but the clouds acted as a big hazy light, giving it a soft touch. Sometimes it seems to be coming from the forrest, it seems luminous. I shot it standing by my room's door, at the other side of Hwy 1 (almost a 2 way street here, with enough traffic to allow turtles to cross it, at least on winter), with zoom setting at 80mm. A great place I wish someday I return to.
