This is a very tender and sweet moment, and you have captured it well. IMO the 2 things that distract are the mini-blinds and the portion of the right arm above the belly.

I like the set up and light a lot. But her left hand seems to come out at me. What about on her belly's crest or just down at her side behind me? Or have that hand hold her top and the right hand rest on the top curve of her belly or reaching down and touching his left hand (if that isn't too awkward).

I really do like this shot, I just get easily excited about maternity. :)
