I really like the low lighting and softness. The exposure on the lights is perfect.
The perspective needs adjusting a bit because of barrel distortion from your lens.

Dear Tony,
that's really a powerful night shot. I love to convert my shots in b/w or another color balance afterwards, and you did very well with that style. great effect! nice depth effect.
