Mark, this is excellent. Great sky and just enough foreground to be interesting. Where you don't have anything dominate in the foreground it is fine as is. As to the frame it is personal taste and it would work just as well without as it does with the frame. Don.

Thanks for your comments, John. After reading your post and a few others, I tend to see what you are saying about the frame. (just learned how to do that in PS).

Nice colors on the sky with beautifull clouds on it. Besides, i think the frame could be a bit smaller. Great photo 6!

i think this is a good photo, but your frame is so distracting that it is hard to see your image with any clairity.

Excellent landscape/skyscape Mark. Your composition is well balanced but I think the frame effect detracts. A slight lightening of the foreground and darkening of the sky would make this a very dramatic shot. Regards John
