Dear Tony,
wow, that's a nice cityscape view. very classical. toning adds a lot. I like the difference in lighting with the buildings being brighter and the floor being darker. nice to have that two streets, it splits the image in several parts. the overexposed sky is a bit distracting, and personally... I don't like the framing too much. besides that, a great & moody capture.
