I think we probably have one of the worst climates for photography ;) I usually wait until very late in the afternoon to shoot, otherwise I get all those harsh shadows.

Thanks Amanda - yep I don't think the rest of the world understands just how harsh our summer sun is!! Not easy to work with at all huh!! BW film and middle of the day is almost impossible!

What a little doll! I love that shaggy little mop of hair and those /eyes/. Beautiful all around lighting (I so know what it's like to shoot in our awful harsh daylight)and lovely cropping.
