Very well captured expressions but I agree with Alison that the background is too cluttered and detracts from the picture. As well as cropping the car I would compress the nice tree to include it without disturbing the balance and also put the window out of focus, finally adding a slight vignette to the lower corners to match the top.
The other problem that unfortunately can't be fixed now is that the bright areas are over-exposed and just blank - this is a common problem with sigital cameras: if you can adjust the contrast it should be set to minimum (eg -5), if not you can make a second shot deliberately under-exposed and import detail from the highlight areas into the original.

Mahamed, beautiful colorful shot. the only thing that I think I would have done, is cropped out the car and come closer in around the 2 women. Alison
